COVID-19: SIDE EFFECTS ON MIND

As UNAVIA, we have launched a training initiative to support companies, fostering a sense of brotherhood and cooperation among colleagues in this time of particular emergency.
Neuroscience, says that the brain under conditions of perceived emergency enters a “Tunnel Vision” that overrides rational mechanisms and foments ancestral survival automatisms.

We propose an ANTIFRAGILITY pathway.

DIGITAL ROUTE ON ANTIFRAGILITY: Pills of 15 to 20 minutes each of uncertainty management and antifragility.

These pills can be a practical comparison & reflection tool to facilitate employees to learn new skills faster and re-frame difficulties as a stimulus to explore their potential and achieve greater personal and professional self-awareness.

The program includes two pills per week for four weeks in streaming mode.
